Peppi Lane Stay is located in a gated complex with your own secure two car undercover garage. There is also free car parking on Ned Higgins Lane and Town View Tce.

Terms & Conditions
You agree that you are of legal age to enter this website and adhere to the house rules and terms and conditions.
You agree that you solely are responsible for the booking made by you and for your stay only.
You agree that all guest’s names supplied on registration are correct and guests do not exceed the number that is registered. The villa has a maximum capacity of 8 people, however extra charges will incur for numbers exceeding 6.
You agree that any damages or breakages caused during your stay to the property will be paid for by you.
Peppi Lane Stay or management does not accept any responsibility and any liability for personal injury, damage or loss in or outside the villa, guests are to obtain holiday and travel insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
The property does not accept any ‘schoolies’ or ‘leavers’ reservations. No parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Security deposit of $300 is charged on arrival of booking and is refunded once the villa is checked for damages.
Lost Keys incur a charge of $150
This is a non smoking villa and evidence of smoking will incur an additional charge of $500
No pets allowed at property
Check in time is from 3pm, a request for earlier check in will be at the discretion of management.
Check out is at 10am, additional charges apply if you have not vacated the property by this time. Late departures can be arranged with management at an extra cost and need to be arranged at the time of booking.
Complimentary undercover car parking for two vehicles only are provided at the property and no vehicle must be obstructing the driveway of the complex. Overflow parking is available on Town View Terrace or Ned Higgins Lane.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Please respect your neighbouring properties and keep minimum noise down from 10pm -8am. Offensive language is not tolerated and all complaints of noise must be reported to management immediately. Peppi Lane Stay has the right to evict you, if you are in breach of any of the house rules which will be non refundable.
